Bachchan Pandey's first look: Akshay Kumar as the titular gangster

Akshay Kumar has had a busy year despite the raging pandemic and subsequent lockdown. He has become one of the few actors to have had his movies released after lockdown and has shot for films while taking appropriate precautions. And he has begun shooting for his first film of this year already.

On 6th January, Bachchan Pandey, a highly awaited film starring Akshay Kumar and Kriti Sanon officially went on floors. After Wardha, the wife of Producer Sajid Nadiadwala broke the coconut while his sons posed with the film’s clapperboard, the shooting officially began in Jaisalmer. Wardha shared this picture on her Instagram handle wishing her team a successful shoot, “Muhurat shot done. Congrats to you all. In this picture, you can see Akshay dressed in a black shirt with buttons undone and a pair of black pants. He has a red bandana wrapped around his head as he sports multiple chains, a bracelet, and rings.
