Here's how you can play PUBG on your phone
Last year in September 2020, India banned one of the most downloaded battle royale games on the Play Store, PUBG under Section 69A of the Information Technology Act. This action was taken by the Government after they found that the PUBG Mobile App was engaged in activities that challenged the defense and security of our country. To get the ban lifted, PUBG Corp removed the China-based Tencent Games in India.
This ban affected many players in India as they played this game religiously and since then, they have been patiently waiting for its relaunch. After PUBG Mobile India released a trailer hinting at its potential launch, there have been many speculations about its launch date. A video was uploaded on YouTube saying that it would be launched in the 2nd or 3rd week of January, although there has been no official statement of its relaunch.
So, if you are one of those fans eager for its relaunch, we present to you a simple technique that will allow you to play it. This method can only be used by android users.
1) Download a free VPN app from Play Store.
2) Open the VPN and set your location to a different country than India.
3) Open any web browser on your phone.
4) Visit the PUBG Mobile global website.
5) Click on the APK download link on the top to download the file.
6) You can turn off the VPN midway to get a better download speed.
7) Install the file after downloading and open PUBG Mobile.
That's all and now you can keep playing this fun game with your friends!
