TS EAMCET 2021 exam dates announced: Here's how to apply

 



Candidates have been eagerly awaiting the details on the Telangana State Engineering, Agriculture and Medical Common Entrance Test (TS EAMCET) 2021, and this wait is finally over. This schedule was finalized by the TS EAMCET first test committee who met on Saturday.

According to this notification, the entrance test will be held from 5th July to 9th July. The entrance test for Agriculture and Medical stream students will be held first on 5th and 6th July and then for the engineering students from 7th to 9th July. Only the Indian citizens who are domicile of either Andhra Pradesh or Telangana can apply in the TS EAMCET 2021.

These tests will commence in two batches. The first batch tests will be the morning batch where the tests will be held from 9 AM to 12 PM. The second batch will begin from 3 PM to 6 PM.

Students who are aiming to get into this prestigious college can apply for this TS EAMCET test from anywhere between 20th March to 18th May. If any student wants to make any correction in their application form, then they can do so from 19th May to 27th May.

Late submissions from students will be applicable till 28th May for a late fee of Rs.250 and till 7th June for late fees of Rs.500. A late fee of Rs.2500 and Rs.5000 will be collected till 17th June and 28th June respectively.

Candidates will be able to download their hall tickets from the official website of TS EAMCET from 17th June to 1st July.

This year's pattern for this test will follow the previous year's patterns. "There is no change in the exam pattern and duration of the test i.e.,160 questions and 180 minutes. However, there is a 55 percent weightage of the first year and 45 percent weightage of the second intermediate syllabus of Telangana State Board of Intermediate Education for the entrance test," TS EAMCET convener, Prof. A Govardhan said.

The candidates who passed the TS EAMCET 2021 test can get admission in the undergraduate professional courses offered in the state-run universities, private unaided universities in Telangana, and state-affiliated professional colleges.

The undergraduate courses are BE, BTech, BTech (BioTech), BTech (Dairy Technology), BTech (Agriculture Engineering), pharmacy, BTech (Food Technology), BSc (Hons) Agriculture, BSc (Hons) Horticulture, BSc Forestry, BVSc, and AH, BFSc, and Pharm-D programs.
